In STEM this week we used double cream and a jar to make our own butter. After rather a lot of shaking, we could see the cream changing from cream into curds and whey. We were amazed when we poured the freshly made butter on to the plate. It tasted yummy too. Whilst we were tasting our butter, we watched a video about how butter is made in a factory.
