We had such an exciting trip to Pets at Home today! We saw rabbits and fish, lizards and snakes! Then we went to choose our gerbils and get all of the things that we need to make our gerbils comfortable. The gerbils have settled in really well and have been scurrying around, eating and sleeping! They are so sweet! Half of the school have already been to visit! We all chose a name for each gerbil, then Mrs Ford and Mrs Murray pulled a name each out of the hat. In one week we will be able to hold them but for now we are letting them get to know us from their cage!
