Eclipse!
We learnt about the 2 types of eclipse- we learnt that there are solar and lunar eclipses and we demonstrated them on our fabulous models!

Time!
We continued with our time work today. This was a fun game practising half past and o'clock. We had to check the times that we made with our partner to make sure that they were correct.
Is Spring coming?
We have enjoyed seeing some Spring flowers and mini beasts. Betty and Neve found a worm who they kindly made a house for! It wasn't long before Sparks was joined by a ladybird.
Sparks got an extension!
We learnt the names of some Spring flowers that are at Thorngrove at the moment. Crocuses and Daffodils.
The Bothy
Our wonderful new shelter, called The Bothy, is up in the woods! There are still a few extra bits to add but it looks fantastic and we can't wait to use it when it is ready!

Happy meal
Working hard to collect all those tokens was definitely worth it! We had a delicious happy meal consisting of a burger, chip, carrot sticks, ice cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles. All in special box with a colouring book toy. WOW!
We are getting excited about our upcoming farm trip and movie night. Sandwiches have been ordered for the trip and a film is being voted for to be shown on our movie night. Onesies, blankets, pyjamas and teddies are all being discussed with great excitement! We can't wait!
