This week in English,  we finished off our story plans for our own version of 'On the way home'.

Maths

This week in maths, we have been learning the number bonds up to 10.

Science

In science, we chose different materials and described their properties.

PSHE

In PSHE, we thought about what makes a bully and a buddy  for anti-bullying week and then thought about all the ways we can show kindness!

Children In Need

What a wonderful Friday, we have had for Children in Need! Not only did we raise lots of money for Children in Need, but we decorated a huge Pudsey in Lower School assembly and then had lots of fun at the disco! Which is your favourite Pudsey t-shirt design?!

Geography

Year 1 looked at photos of our local area and discussed the features of our local area. Then, they worked in groups to draw a map of the roads that we walked down during our walk around the local area.
