Miss Holly is very impressed with how well the Year Ones have been getting on in ballet! Well done!
Maths
Counting on in order to add speedily! We start with the bigger number of the two and then count on to find how many we have altogether.
Marvellous Minute!
There was a great variety of objects to show and tell today! Thank you for bringing them in and telling us all about it.
Science
We enjoyed combining History and Science by making boats for William the Conqueror. There had to be a space for William to sit in, William had to be secure and the boat had to get him all the way to France. Once we made the boats we then tested them on the stream and evaluated the results.

What an amazing tower! Great team work from this group this morning, working together to use up all the Kapla!
Forest School
We made these fabulous spiders in the forest this week! We used hand drills to make holes in the conkers so that we could push the pipe cleaner legs in.
History
We learnt all about William the Conqueror's clever trick to win the Battle of Hastings. Tess was a wonderful Harold up the hill.
